Annie was born in Columbus and graduated from Upper Arlington High School. She graduated from The Ohio State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Special Education K-12. Annie started as a Founding Member of the brokerage in 1999, before the affiliation with Sotheby’s International Realty. She is currently Executive Vice President of Sales, and Co-founder of The Means/Webb Team. Annie strives to provide clients with the experience and excellent service, keeping clients informed throughout the entire process to complement a smooth transaction. Providing clients with unsurpassed marketing tools to highlight and present their property to the global network reach that Sotheby's International Realty provides is Annie’s goal. Annie currently resides in Columbus Ohio with her husband of 40 years. Tom and Annie raised three children in Columbus, Ohio and now look forward to visiting their daughter and son-in-law in Nashville, and their middle son in Los Angeles. Their oldest son resides in German Village with his family- Spending time with their two young grandchildren is a blessing!


When the family-owned business of Street Realty was approached to become a franchise of the Sotheby's network I was fortunate to be involved in the initial orientation. After spending three days at the Corporate office and learning what Sotheby's would provide to our clients coupled with the Sotheby's philosophy, I was sure it would be a wonderful fit for our company and our agents. The company branding, the consistency of outstanding marketing tools, the unsurpassed global reach provide excellent groundwork for an agent's success.


Annie’s passions include family, Friends, Travel, Tennis, Organizing and Ironing. Annie remembers her favorite moment with SSIR: “My very first year I was working with a young buyer and showed him several homes... I got a great idea of what he was looking for and when a property popped up on the market I quickly made an appointment to preview. I immediately knew it was a perfect fit- I called him and he rushed over- I had a big smile on my face when I opened the door and greeted him ...he said 'why are you smiling' and I said nothing- he quickly toured the home and said 'this is it... now I know why you are smiling.” The offer was written and accepted and he was in his new home in 30 days.
